ak bullet button question

i did a search and didnt come up with the exact answer i was looking for
i just converted a saiga rifle. i added a us made stock, pistol grip, tromix fire control group, and a quad rail. Im using 10/30 promags i think they are us made not sure. im positive im compliant with the whack *** 922r bull**** but......
my question now is, at what point do i need to get a bullet button???

Once you have a pistol grip on your rifle, you will need a mag lock.

It would be wise to removed the Pistol grip for now until you installed a mag lock first.
