They are probably factory screws. Look for action screws on whatever model rifle. Brownells probably sells them.

As i recall I used my original screws in order to determine the thread and pitch, I proceeded to buy the screws (high tensile caphead) at a local store. I used lock washers under the screws. Verify the screw length, on my initial install the front screw was too long binding the bolt.

Don't forget to torque to 55 in ;b (6 NM)

You can use 1/4 x 28 cap head screws.
