I'm not sure you can call the rifle a LMT AR15 since the lower receiver is a Spike's Tactical. I could be wrong. But the ACOG you could probably sell for $500-$600 if it is in excellent to near new condition.

I don’t think it has a variable zoom feature – just view it at 4X. That picture wasn’t an easy one to take – I held the camera up to the ACOG and looked through the camera view window until I said close enough. The green dot in the bottom right corner of the picture is from the camera not the optic.

I’ve attached a link to more information on both the ACOG & the LMT Upper.

            ACOG Spec.

            LMT Upper Spec.

I'd list it as an LMT/Spike.

Uppers are shot by LMT so you might see some carbon on the muzzle end of the barrel if you take the cage off or look carefully.

I'd get rid of the "1 MOA Accuracy". How did the original owner know without shooting it?

You'll have to pull the bolt out to see if it's an M16 or not.

The rail looks a bit suspicious. Looks like a Danial Defense Omega 7.0 but it's missing all of the markings other then the flag. Also the color being so off on the two half's.

You'll probably want to measure that buffer tube as well. Looks like a Commercial tube. The OD should be 1.168" vs 1.148". The step makes me think it's a commercial tube. While you're at it check the buffer to see what is it. Carbine, H1, H2, etc... It doesn't look like the builder bothered to stake the castle nut either.

Knowing how old the ACOG is would help. You should be able to contact Trijicon and give them the SN and get an idea of how old it is.

If the upper is truly unfired, a new one costs around $485. That's without a bolt and charge handle. A stripped lower is $99. There's really no way of knowing what parts kit was used but that's usually around $50. Stock is probably $40-50. ARMS 40 rear sight $100...

sniper4usmc and Jeffy - My thanks to both of you - that is the type of feed back I was hoping for. The color difference that jiffy noted only shows up in the pictures not on the gun. The emblem of the American flag is the only marking that I can see.
                Thanks Again

I would include 1, maybe 2 of the pmags with the sale of the rifle. The rest you could get at least $20 for each.
