    M1A Scout Rail - Picatinny or Weaver?

    I just bought an M1A Scout Squad and I'm shopping for scope rings for it. Does anybody know whether that rifle has a Weaver or Picatinny rail? I know Weaver will fit Picatinny but if it's a Picatinny rail I'd prefer to put Picatinny rings on it. Thanks for any help.

      It's a weaver rail - I have Leupold QRW rings on it.

              Have the same rings on my Scout. Working out good for me so far.
