    Benelli MR1 or CMMG M4LEP22?

So, I have been saving up to buy the CMMG complete rifle 22lr.
Then I went to Turners today and saw the Benelli MR1

I wanted one - but after reflection I think a SU-16CA is a better value and more accurate.

I ordered one a year ago and now they're on sale at Turners?
I would WAY rather have a gun that takes my 30 round pre-ban AR15 mags and was made by Benelli than a SUCK-16. How can you say they're more accurate? They're made out of the metal you wrap fish in.

that Beneli MR1 is hideous, IMO.

              Go with the .22lr

I like the styling. It's like a combination of a Benelli M4 and an ACR.

$1500 for a .22 I would either get an Anschutz or super pimp out a 10/22
that Benelli looks like it just crawled out of a swamp

Tough choice, both are very nice but voted for the .22.

My thinking is thus: Since money is an issue the .22 will get a lot more use. Also, the Benelli rifles just hit the streets so their prices are probably as high as they ever will be. If you still have the itch, the price may be better by the time you've save enough.

                      Good luck either way!

The MR1 is so very ugly. Like worse than Kel Tec ugly.
