Nope, way too dangerous. That is an evil black semi automatic assault needle. Notice how it doesn't catch the camera flash because of the flash hider? It can easily stitch more than 10 loops per reload due to its high capacity yarn holder. That has no place in todays society.

I think he has to transport the needles in a locked case (since longer than 3") separate from the yarn otherwise he may be brought up on assault spike charges even though his needles were made from off-list welding rods, at DAs discretion of course.
