I second #2. It has the same barrel as their NM rifles which I've seen (in person and internet pics) shoot some very impressive 100 yd. groups. It also says that they are lighter than the varmint uppers. The 20" will give you longer range, the question is do you need it? #3 has a chrome moly barrel but it doesn't say if it has a chrome lined bore. If it does it won't be as accurate as the stainless barrel. If it doesn't it won't be as resistant to corrosion.

I have a 20" Predator Pursuit, it uses a full length gas system, recessed target crown, is made from a 1:8 twist RRA match barrel but doesn't have the extra weight of a full bull barrel. I get 1/2" five shot groups with handloaded 69gr SMK's. My stock is a Magpul PRS and it has a Chip McCormic trigger.
The 16" predator uses a mid length gas system weighs .5lbs less but will loose some velocity.
I'm not a fan of the coyote carbine, it has a standard weight 1:9 twist barrel and an open faced vortex brake. I would expect the brake to get caught on brush while hunting. Recoil is not an issue so I don't need or want a muzzle brake on my hunting AR.
The Varmint A4 is just too heavy with out any real gain in accuracy over the Predator Pursuit.
They are running a 10% off special until the end of December.

            Thanks. 1/7 , 1/8 or 1/9 ?

I MOSTLY will be using STD 55grain US. made ammunition.

Any of those twist can shoot 55gr bullets, but few 1:9 can shoot 69gr+ well. 1:7 and 1:8 can shoot the 75-77gr bullets well.

My BCM 1:7 likes Prvi Partizan 69gr match ammo and I'll try their 75gr match ammo soon. You can find it online for about $10 for a box of twenty and most places offer discounts if you buy 200 rounds (10 boxes) or more. For comparision, I paid $39.88 for 100 round value packs of 55gr Federal (maybe Winchester I'm not sure) at Wal-Mart.

Having both the Varmint A4 and the Pursuit, I'd go with Pursuit. The difference in groupings between the two is about nil and the weight of the varmint is punishing.

There was a new one in the classifieds a few days ago.

I'd go 20" myself. A smooth 12" gas system and longer barrel for more velocity to explode some critters.

Also, as mentioned above....the Coyote upper, while cool looking, has a 1/9 twist. The Predator Pursuit and Varmint A4 are 1/8 w/ a Wylde chamber (a good thing)
