    maybe this is the wrong forum to ask this question, but:

    is there any beef from the state of california about brakes on BA, rifles?

    i am a legend in my own mind...

    we are told not to judge muslims by what a few do...yet, the NRA membership and firearms owners are ALL considered as radical...

    None whatsoever so long as you meet the barrel length requirements. As usual, if for some reason you were running a barrel under 16", a brake would need to be permanently affixed to bring it up to legal length.
