SF Peninsula upper receiver build help needed
After 6 months of collecting parts my AR is almost done. Is there anyone on the SF peninsula that will trade their time and tools to help me finish my upper for 30 of these: 
If you like coors no problem...but bud is still the king!
I need to install my barrel, flash hider and gas block/tube and make sure that the first pull of the trigger won't kill me. I dont have any of the needed tools except a torque wrench. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
