Are TGI AK-74's CA legal?

I was wondering if the TGI (Tennessee Guns International) AK-74's that they made a while back are OK to own here in CA in non-AW configuration.

It seems like they are not on the ban list by name, but you can't be too sure in this godforsaken state. If anyone can chime in with solid info if these AK-74's are GTG, then that would be greatly appreciated!
