What diameter is your barrel? That block comes in both standard diameters. Make sure you get the right one.

I had a similar gas block for my 5.56 AR. I thought that gas block was JUNK! The problem was that the only thing holding that gas block in place were those two screws (mine only had one) on the bottom. After shooting a few rounds, the recoil jarred the gas block loose and pulled the gas block and tube slightly forward. Which eventually blocked the gas port and didn't cycle the gas to cycle the bolt back for the next shot. I tried everything short of spot welding the gas block permanently on the barrel. I eventually got sick of it and just went with another gas block that clamps onto the barrel in two piece (I went with Yankee Hill Machine).
I suspect that you will have the same problems with this model simply because the design is almost exactly like the gas block I had. I am unsure which brand it is but it is worth more to me as a paper weight.

Did you try dimpling the barrel? Ya know, so the set screws set into the barrel?

You're supposed to dimple the barrel and then use either red loctite or rocsett on the set screws.

I did not know about putting a dimple on the barrel being necessary. I can see how that would have made a big difference.

                I stand corrected.
