I have an idea

1) we should have California based company do commercial saiga conversions (ala Arsenal)

2) spread rumors all over the internet that these models are in fact the the "truest AK out there" and they are 120349820 times better than arsenal etc etc etc

3) once enough interest is generated..... REFUSE to sell them outside of California! Let the rest of the country get a taste of what we have to deal with for once!
