Who can mill plastic for me?

I need someone in the bay area who can mill the vent holes in my HK USC hand guard for when I do my UMP conversion. I have the specs, and it seems pretty simple, need a drill press, some kinda thing the upper mounts to that slides (sliding vise, I guess), so the vents are straight, and thats it. There was something other than a drill press (milling machine) that would do it, but either one will work. Anyway, any ideas, or if you got one and want to make a little money, let me know.

Yeah, and theres a few other guys on hkpro that can do it, but I thought it'd be faster and easier if I had it done locally. Seems like a pretty simple job, if one had the right tools, you know what I mean? But it holds up me doing other stuff, like the dye job, so getting it done quick is important. One person I emailed said they were backed up for 4-6 months, so thats not happening.
