    msar optic

i just ordered a msar last week and am looking for a low to mid range optic to put on the top rail, does anyone have a recommendation on a pretty good compact scope, i was looking at maybe a 2x7 burris but would like to get some other options as well, thanks

Didn't see the word "scope" on my iphone.

Personally I like the Aimpoint Micro. I have a H1 on mine with a Larue mount. It keeps the rifle light weight. I had my ML3 on it for testing purposes and it made feel a bit top-heavy. IMO.

Scratch the H1 comment. I didn't see the word "SCOPE"

Maybe a Burris 1.5 to 5.5 if you are on a budget or any ACOG or US Optic if you have deep pockets.

Careful with anything protruding on the left side of the scope mount or rail, you might rack your knuckles when you use the charging handle.

Burris AR-332 might be a good option for you. It is 3x, and has a a bullet drop reticle with a CQB aiming ring (a la EOtech). They go for around $300 new.

I can sell you my EOTech 511/A65 for $300. It would be the perfect optic for your MSAR
