Under folding Ak stocks

So I want to get an AK with a folding stock, I know you have to jump through some hoops to legally own, like adding a fake can or muzzle or pinning the stock.

Personally I don't mind pinning the stock, I'm quite fond of the stocks and love the looks of it. My questions are what method is the best way to fix the stock, how would I have one transferred to me?

Yes I know I need a bullet button and it needs to be over 30" and what not and it is off list.

I really don't need to here "Oh you should go with this stock" or "why do you want that, this one is better cause of XXXXX and XXXXX". I just want to know how to fix the stock with out adding a fake can or permanently making the gun single shot.

Any tips?

Thanks. How do I go about having it shipped to my ffl? do i have the store do it or can the ffl or myself do it once it arrives?

It needs to be done before it hits the FFL's shop. It is in illegal configuration and they will NOT take the heat on it.

Now if your dating his daughter/sister/aunt, he might be persuaded to leave that package unopened in his shop until you arrive and have you way with it first...

FYI- the above tip has NEVER worked for me.

Find a dealer who will sell you the underfolder and will ship to CA, on the condition you mail them a bullet button device (that is easy to put on like the Solar Tactical), and a 4" muzzle extension like this one for $12: http://cncwarrior.com/comersus/store...?idProduct=170

As soon as the BB and 4" extension arrives at the dealer, all they need to do is spend 2 minutes putting it on before they ship it to your CA FFL. Once you pick up the UF AK from the FFL, you can open up the AK and do the copper pipe / hoseclamp deal on the UF mechanism, before removing the muzzle extension. The reason I suggest the muzzle extension for the dealer is, it's very easy to put on. It would be a long winded explanation to get someone to work out how to fix the locking mechanism of a UF.

Thanks for the advice now apparently my next hurtle is to find a shop that will do it and ship to here, the one i was depending on wants nothing to do with sending an under folder into Calli and deal with out gray area laws...

This is what gets me kinda wondering sometimes. In bold, where is "Here"? Here can be anywhere in the state.
If you don't want to put an exact location on your poster info then a general location would be nice. That never make's sense to me, "Someone help me......but I won't tell you where I'm at."

You can buy a receiver and a kit and send it to a shop for a build. Then the complete rifle would be shipped directly to your house.
