Many Stag products are not made by Stag.

I didn't say that ALL Stag products were low-end quality... but their barrels are.

Nothing was made by Stag on that build.
That's a BCM barrel, 1:7 twist. Stag doesn't make anything other than 1:9, and I'm not fully convinced that Stag makes their own barrels.
