That's really look like 700 bolt with extended handle chambered in 308. Nightforce 24x tatical scope. Mcmillan box magazines and I don't think it's an a5 stock but still a mic mcmillan. Look up on mcmillan websight at their rifles, good chance it could be one of theirs.

Il looks like a Surgeon 591 S/A in a McMillan A5 stock with a Badger M5 detachable mag system and a Premier Heritage scope. Very similiar to my rifle.

I stand corrected. The above is correct now that I look at it. I guess my org guess on the stock is right.

I was thinking Surgeon as well. That bolt handle is a dead giveaway. McMillan stock, obviously.

From that angle it could be a modified mosin nagant (joking). Looks like a sweat rifle.

You can use 5 or 10 round mags with the Badger m5. The surgeon is arguably the best action available for many reasons. To have a complete rifle built by surgeon to that spec would run you around $4000. The action bought by itself runs about $1300. It's not the cheap route but you can't argue with results.
