refused to sell me a scope mount for an M1A. Tried to explain to their customer service that there is no law that prevents anyone in CA from putting a scope on an M1A. Not big fans of CA apparently. They did refund my $. No problems with their customer service, but it doesn't do me any good to purchase items from a company that won't sell them to me anyway. Just take my business elsewhere now.

        Fair enough bro.
I do freely admit that their prices are good, and I had done quite a bit of business with them in the past.
You decide what is right for yourself.
I will be here, and gladly post my condolences in your thread when they decide it's time to refuse to sell ammo to your county even though it's perfectly legal to do so.
I cannot tell you what to think or how to conduct your business transactions nor do I wish to.
My thread, and replies here were only to spread the word on business practices that they have, and state my (personal) stand on it.

The decision on what to do about it (if anything) lies solely with you.

Nice bag. Mine's a tad bigger. If they made em any bigger I'd sleep in em! Give me your straps.............. lol

I called them and requested the missing parts. 7 days later I received the package and it's still missing the harness. On the receipt the packager wrote question marks on the receipt "?harness??"... yet they still sent the order not knowing if it was complete.

I would not recommend buying this item from them for anyone who is interested in voodoo tactical bags. M.I surplus in pomona, ca sells the same bag at the same price and you can physically check for all the attachments.

Hope this helps someone. I'm very disappointed in sportsmansguide.com

I don't mean to sound like a dick, but when someone makes a mistake on an order and then makes another mistake trying to fix the first mistake at your cost. It just gets really annoying.
i agree, they have been a big hassle for me too

I've had nothing but trouble with Sportsman's Guide.

The last time I ordered from them (about 5 years ago), I placed an order for a pair of boots. They were priced at $79, and everyone else was selling for about $120. I figured, "too good to be true".

After about 2 WEEKS, I get a card from "customer service" stating that they were "sold out" of the product. I checked online that day and the item was listed as "in stock", but for $125...

I've had several "bait and switch" types of issues with this company. I'd recommend staying FAR away from them.

They lost my business when they stopped shipping "assault weapons parts" to CA.
