Can anyone recommend a good AR-15 gunsmith to work on my upper?

I'm looking to change the sights on my upper reciever (it's an A2 and I want "ghost ring" trijian night sights on it). Who does this kind of work?

If you can build a lower, you can do it yourself. Just need the replacement peep sight, the appropriately sized screw driver and punch. Oh yeah, a manual or exploded diagram.

Took me about 15 minutes the first time a attempted.

ETA: If you were looking at the Trijicon Tritium AR15 sight set, you also need a front sight tool, which is included with the set. Seriously, you don't have to understand brain surgery to do this yourself.

I think I'll try it myself like you guys suggested, are there any online tutorials for this like there are on arf.com for the lowers?
