Building an AR Pistol?

There's a lot of technicality that's involved in making this work, so I just wanted to clear up some things before I jump into building one.

Would it be easier to have a FFL out of state (say Nevada for example) build an AR pistol than finding an FFL in state to build one?

Does it need to be an 07FFL if it is an out of state FFL, or is that for only CA in state FFLs?

Buy one already built?

Have you considered buying a complete pistol rather than building one?

I know of two places that sell them as single-shot pistols, it takes about five seconds to convert one back to 10-round capacity.
