How good and how much to pay in springfield g3

I am at a gun show in washington my state of residence till I make the move to CA. I have a deal on the table right now. It is an springfield g3 made by an hk lincense. The gun is in great condition and it would be legal in CA if I put a bullet button on it. This deal is a private party sale. He has on hk93 a2 what he wants $2250 on it. I am taking that for sure. The second rifle is the springfield g3. I don't know anything about it. It looks life an hk91. The parts interchange. How good are theese rifles and what should I pay. I am thinking of tryng 4k for tha pair. What do you guys think?

If you come to CA I would probably buy a ptr91. Great quality and a little more affordable.
