G&R Tactical is who I went through. Grant (G&R Tactical) also sells BCM rifles/carbines and uppers that can be customized.

Having shot this rifle at one of Pat's courses, it's a sweet rifle. If I didn't already have a lower waiting for an upper, I'd be all over this package.
