    SSG 97 or SSG2000

Can anyone give me some input on the ssg97 or ssg2000? I'm possibly interested in purchasing one and would like to know what people's experiences are shooting and anything else you may wish to add. Thanks in advance for the info.

It's your preference. Their the same rifle. The SSG 97 is just another name for the PSL, a.k.a. FPK Dragunov, Romak III. The rifle can be capable of close to M.O.A. with the right ammo, but with the thin barrel, heat can open up the groups.

The SSG 2000 is the same rifle but customized by I.O. with a standard AK butt stock and pistol grip added. It's also available in .308. I would stick with 7.62x54r though.
