Garand premature ejection problem

Ha,
Well actually it does and pretty consistently. I fire 4 or 5 rounds and it ejects the remainder of the clip. Kid at the range, who seemed to know what he was talking about, said to replace the bullet guide.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Satex pointed to a good post. I had the same problem and a new clip latch spring solved it.
