You can pin the stock (which I have right now) or get an extented brake (which I am doing depending on how it ends up looking like) and have the folding stock feature. Having a folding stock only works if the magazine is fixed.

Previously, I heard good things about NDS-M92 recievers (stamped), and the MLS99 (milled). The MLS99 is pricey ($299), but they will put together parts kits on their receivers in the configuration you want. If the gun will last much longer with the milled, I wouldn't mind paying more.
Parts kits will not interchange between milled and stamped receivers (well, unless you involve some uber gunsmith, which will cost more than the correct kit would).

If you want to go with a fixed mag and you're only worried about getting up to 30" overall length, stay tuned... CWS will have a Yugo M72 underfolder version of the stock extender soon.
