CA-Compliant Arsenal SGL-20/21 deals?

I'm in the market for an AK 47. I have my eyes set on the Arsenal SGL-21, but it's really hard to find a CA compliant one. I did find one for $999. It seems a bit expensive for a stamped ak 47. Should I just save my $? I know they sell for 599 out of state... -_-

I think I saw an SGL21 for slightly less at cold war shooters. Sometimes when you buy out of state, after the fees you pay to californicate it, shipping, transfer, it all adds up and you dont really save $.

Convert a saiga. You will have essentially the same rifle with a true Russian receiver.

Cold wars is selling theirs for $1,000 CA-Compliant + fees. I found another spot who's selling it for $700 + $50 bullet button + fees. Thanks, but i'll have to pass on the taxer.

try to find a place that will just remove the PG for you, some smaller shops do that.
