a scope for my Saiga .308

I have a Saiga .308 and I would like to mount a scope on it. But I have no idea which one to get, can someone recommend one for me? Budget is an issue so the most basic and reliable one would be good. Also I would like to use a high mount where I can use the iron sights. I see one on sale here but I'm not sure if it's a good scope or if it's good for my rifle.

What do you guys think? What kind of scope should I get and which mount to use? thanks

Cheap scopes(usually less then $300) wont last long. Especially the abuse from a 308 rifle. The cheapest "good quality" scope out right now is the Super Sniper...I believe thats in the $3-400 range.

$299 for a 10x, 16x or 20x rear focus. $399 for side focus 10x. I own twoa 10X and it is a wonderful piece of technology.
