    sks question

    what friggin sks are allowed in california ????

    i know the fixed box mag rule.

    but which ones are legal???
    i know some are on the c&r list with atf,but cal-doj is vague....

    All stock unmodified SKS are CA legal, except for...
    ... the Chinese "SKS Sporter" series (Norinco SKS-D & SKS-M & SKS Sporter) and for the Zastava M-59/66 (Yugo "SKS").
    However, the Zastava M-59/66 can be made CA legal, with the removal of the grenade launcher.

        As long as you don't have the detachable mag and I believe no bayo attached. I think the bayo rule only applies to chinese SKS.
