    Bushmaster ACR... Cali legal?

I have not noticed if these are available to sell in Cali and I just got two in. Was wondering if I can list them in the sale section.

    Thanks!

    Absolutely, in their CA-legal configuration.

in stock configuration, no, they are not CA-legal. but since they aren't on the list, they can be californicated to be CA-legal, either featureless or with a fixed mag release. IIRC, Prince50 makes a Bullet button for it.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Cool.... thanks for the info guys!

So just like an AR pretty much where ya need that button do-hickey to make the mag come out with a tool. Gotcha, thanks for the replies.

oh, and even with a bullet button, it must be 30" long in its shortest fireable configuration. I dunno if a 16" barreled enhanced ACR makes 30" with the stock folded.

Yes they are, just make sure to block the stock from folding and install a bullet button. Prince50 (a member on here who came up with the first maglock and bullet button) has devices for both.

I'm moving to Cali from NJ ( a pretty messed up gun law state in its own right) I have a NJ state compliant model ACR , with fixed stock. Is the bullet button all i need to make this baby legal again?

Or you can put a longer muzzle device and leave the folding stock alone. That's what riflegear is doing with their enhanced models.
