CA Friendly middle-men

Can someone please direct me to some middle-men who would transfer an Arsenal SGL-21 for me? I'm really interested in getting one of these but I know the dealers can't ship them to CA and the bullet button needs to be installed.

As far as I know if the pistol grip is removed you can install your own lock.

That is correct. They can ship it to CA as long as the PG is removed and it doesn't have any other features like a flash hider (though a lot of FFL's are not willing to receive them this way and will insist on a BB). Some people even shoot them like that, with no PG.

ETA: Also, make sure it doesn't ship with a full-capacity magazine. Either ask them to swap it out for a 10-rounder, ship it disassembled as a rebuild kit so you can build your own 10-rounder, or not include it at all and hopefully give you a discount.
