CA Legal AK 103

does anyone know of anywhere to get a ca legal ak 103 style rifle?

as far as i know the closest you can get is converting a saiga that style

Arsenal SGL20 / SGL21 or convert a Saiga. You still won't have the folding stock tho but it's as close as you're going to get.

yeah, i know about the arsenals but ive heard they don't sell to california at all

There are a few of us here that have Arsenals. Use a middleman to transfer the rifle into CA or see if Coldwarshooters has some in stock.

I have heard they don't sell directly to California, but they are still California legal. You would need an intermediary FFL.

FYI the Arsenal SGL 20 & 21 are still just converted Saigas when it comes down to it. They are just really good at it, but there is no reason why you can't do everything they have done.

Arsenal Inc sells a lot of their branded parts through K-Var corp, which does sell parts to California (I bought a quick release scope mount from them at least). Its likely you can find some of the stuff you need there, or from Carolina Shooters Supply to build your AK-103 from a stock Saiga.

They are not just converted saigas. Barrels are different for starters. They don't start with saigas and convert them.
