Legal question on Scar stock pin or lower separated ?

Ok , I have a radlock on my Scar, and have the block to fix the stock. I'm just wondering if I don't pin the stock and just keep the lower removed from the upper it's ok? (especially since the upper is the serialized/firearm part)

    Lemme know guys! Thanks!!

Yep, that's legal. As long as it is not assembled in CA while still being able to fold (and without a barrel extension of some sort to reach the legal >30" limit) then it's fine to just keep separated. Nice score on the SCAR, BTW!

Yeah. You're fine. you just can't shoot it in CA unless you defeat the gas piston and turn it into a pull-action repeater.

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.
