Billet: Quentin Laser. I have one of these in my safe just begging me to be an AR pistol. Great machining.

Forged: Tactical Machining. I plan on using their jig to complete mine, so you might as well buy a lower while you're at it.

Best Prices on 80% lowers and fast shipping! Tactical Machining is the best source for 80 percent lowers, build kits & accessories. Our prices can't be beat.

NOTE: The TM lowers are out of stock right now. There was a thread in the Gunsmithing forum about them getting their lowers reaffirmed by the ATF for their 80% status. Seems the Achilles heel was the selector switch hole. According to the most recent ATF letter, there can be no machining of the FCG pocket. I would assume that they have pulled their remaining stock to finish into full lowers, and are in the process of making new 80% ones without the selector hole.

Tactical Machining is waiting on a new EDM machine, which was supposed to be on line by now. I read that when they do get it up and running they will get caught up fast.
There is also a new California company getting ready to introduce an 80% lower.
