Bipod for SVD/PSL
does anyone know where can i find the bipod that clamp on the receiver right between the mag and the handguard?

It looks like you are asking for two different things since the SVD and the PSL use completely different receivers.
The SVD bipod, the one that clamps to the receiver between the HG and the mag, can be found for about $40 from China (google hexagon productions) or the same $40 Chinese bipod for $200 on ebay.
The PSL doesn't have any decent place to mount a bipod on the receiver. Many people have bought an adapter to mount a bipod on the lower hand guard: http://www.surplusrifleforum.com/vie...?f=40&p=364346
