    Pivot Pin Shim

I recently picked up a new AR-15 and the upper/lower fit is a little loose. I dropped in an accuwedge in the back which tightened it up pretty good. But there's a little bit of play on the pivot pin. Does anyone make or know a small shim I can put on my pivot pin to tighten up the front?

The best solution I've found is the oversized pins from Armalite

It's not up & down play, it's side to side play as in receiver fit not the pin. The factory pin is pretty darn tight in it already.

1/2 inch O-ring from hardware store. Separate the upper from the lower. Put the O-ring around the front pivot area. Connect upper to lower. No more wiggle.
