AR-15 - tightening loose fore-end

The Troy industries quad rail on my M&P15-T is a little loose. I cant see where to tighten it. Is it normal to have a little movement?

There are 4 allen screws that tighten the barrel clamp to the upper which tightens both to the stock barrel nut. I would take the rail off and make sure it is not the barrel nut which is lose, then reinstall Troy rail.

blue loctite the screws so no loosy goosy screws from the shock of shooting

dont do that to the barrel nut though
