Places in Cali to buy ammo in bulk?

Ok so when this abomination comes around that we cannot buy ammo online anymore what are we going to do about it?
I don't like going to Big 5 and paying a buck a round for 54R or x51. I like buying these items in bulk and shooting alot if it at a time.
So the question is is there anyone in california that will have deals similar to what the sportsman's guide has online as far as bulk ammo buys for cheap? Can this even be done?
Will we end up having to go into Nevada or Arizona and buying bulk there? Or having out of state friends lend us their address for shipping purposes (then sending us "care packages" from the free U.S.) ? Setting up P.O. boxes out of state? I know some of the hotrod community registers their cars out of state to bypass the carb-tards, are we going to have to take similar actions?

So what can we do, other than move obviously.
Assuming that this does indeed go into effect. There are some here that believe it wont go into effect, and I hope they are right but want to be prepared if they are wrong.

If not online or through a private transaction, I usually buy my ammo in bulk from Miwall at either the Del Mar or Costa Mesa (Crossroads of the West) gun show. The price is very reasonable. I've been getting Wolf 7.62X39 for $200 and PMC .223 for $300 the last few times I've gone.

Last time I went to a gun show here in Fresno 8mm mauser and 54r were both about 50 cents to a dollar a round. Anyone else have an idea? Stuff like the 80 bucks for 880 rounds of 54r or 119 for 1080 5.45 etc.....

maybe we can convince PRK arms to buy by the pallet - or maybe set up a co-op or something w/ them (or any other dealer willing to work with us) to use their location for shipping and distribution. thinking long term, of course, i'm also of the mindset that being prepared means stocking up now - but at some point we obviously will run out.

Are you talking about the AB 962 ban on mail order handgun ammo?

Is 962 only applicable to handgun ammo? That would be too freekin retarded!
As far as being prepared I have about 5000 rounds of all my rifle calibers except 8mm, and I reload handgun ammo.

C&R and a COE exempts you from AB962.

Many of the out of state vendor are posting that they will not sell or ship to any Kali addressee. Sell. That muddies up things even worse. The " handgun" phrasology encompasses alot of rifle cartridges. I'm sure all the bad guys will be worried about their supply....not! Kali logic strikes again.
