Anyone know where you can purchase a Hesse/Vulcan HAR-25 .308 lower? Yes, I said Hesse/Vulcan HAR-25!! I will be buying a Fulton lower in the next group buy from Chris at Lan World, but I still want to make one with all Armalite parts and upper receivers.


I guess the reason is that DPMS is taking forever to fill their orders, and I might be going overseas for work in the next few months (not military). Armalite parts are a little easier to get than DPMS right now.

If you don't find one closer, you might try Antioch Armory (SF bay area) They had a striped receiver the other week when I was there. I'll PM you the phone number, not sure if I can put it in this post.
