Excellent video from LaRue Tactical on handguard installation

This is probably not new information, but for AR newb's like me, it can potentially help a person like me save a few $$ and get what I'm looking for quicker.

Sometimes those brakes/flash hiders can be a real bear to take off if the manufacturer used loctite. If so and it won't budge using anything less than superhuman strength (bushmaster used to be big on loctite), heat the flash hider up with a torch. Don't go crazy with the torch on the barrel though.

About the only thing that video misses is the greasing of the upper receiver threads. If you wanna take that rail off in the future to swap a barrel, gob on a large lump of bearing grease before tightening the barrel nut.
