Flash hider install

I have a S&W MP15 ORC and it does not come with a flash hider/muzzle device, nor does it appear to have any threads onto which to attach one. What are my options for muzzle devices?

you can send it to a Gunsmith and have it threaded, then you can have any Flash hider or Muzzlebrake you want.

How much does having a barrel threaded usually cost?

depends on the gunsmith you will find. make sure he knows what or exactly how to do it. otherwise you just dont wanna take a "sorry" scenario in the end.

My last barrel was $75 to have threaded, A couple years ago

Get it threaded 1/2-28, and you can install any AR muzzle brake / flash hider you want to it.
