I believe it's banned by name on one of the AWBs.

You might be able to build a clone of sorts.

That would be 'Gang-stah to own a Mac 10 though!

This is perfectly legal to do, if you have patience though i would suggest using the flats you have to bend as welding the parts without getting any distortion is difficult unless you are a good welder. Tip: Clamp it to a huge piece of steel while welding and do not remove till metal is cool.

I understand I just like building these evil things and making them not so evil by making them CALIFORNIA LEGAL....had to make it bold for CYA purposes... besides if I ever move from Cali I want to be able to have fun with it and take all the CA BS off...CYA again
