    .243 varmint ammo recommendation?

    Just picked-up my new (to me) Ruger M77 MKII in .243 and gonna take her out this weekend to target shoot and hopefully call in a yote.

    What ammo should I start with? Never owned a .243 before so not sure where to start. Obviously on the small and inexpensive side. Winchester Supreme silvertip in 55 grain maybe? Not cheap though!

          Great pics! I have a brand spankin new FoxPro Spitfire (poor man's FoxPro) I'm gonna tryout with the new .243 Sunday!

          I think I will try the Winchester Super X.
