Question about traveling to NV with Rebuild kits

Is it illegal to travel from CA to NV and back with Rebuild Kits? Say I assemble them in NV to use out there but take them down and store them in CA as rebuild Kits.. Would that be against the law?

Same goes for buying regular capacity mags in NV and then breaking them down as kits and bringing them back to this nanny state.

Nevada doesnt care about 10 round capacity or bullet buttons or monsterman grips. They know that stuff has never stopped criminals from doing illegal acts with firearms and it would be stupid to make legislation to restrict it.

Ironically they hate the idea of a state lottery to the point that its in their states constitution to ban lottery ticket sales? Yet gambling in NV is legendary...Go figure?
