Just bought my mini 14...what stocks are legal in CA?

Just got back from gun store to pick up my kel tec..While I was there, I couldn't resist temptation and bought a mini 14 ruger..My question is, what stocks are legal in CA? Here is a website with different stock configurations..Are any of these legal? Any pics from forum member's mini 14's? Thanks for all the help...

Unless you want to run fixed mag (i don't know how you could even do that without fabricating a bullet button or something similar) only the conventional rifle stock is legal; no pistol grips, no collapsing stocks, no folding stocks. You also can't have a flash hider, if that matters to you.

Move out of this state, it's better in the actual U.S.

Basically, the one you've got. You can purchase the stocks, but not install them as it voilates SB23 (features ban).

You could have a collapsing stock that is fixed open though. Not sure how you would 'fix' it open but I have seen stocks for sale at the gunshows that were fixed already.

Unless it looks like the original stock, it's probably not legal.

        No thumbhole stock

        No pistol grip

        No "working" collapsible stock

        and no flash hider
        I don't even own a .45???
