Is an AK 47 ever worth 2K ?

K-Var specializes in the AK market offering AK rifles, parts, and accessories. We also now carry AR-15 as well as many other popular calibers and styles of firearms, parts, and accessories.

I would pay much, much more than that for even a converted semi-auto version of a genuine AK-47.

For the one linked to, no. Arsenals are good, but not that good. Just my personal taste though.

milled sam-7 was only $1000 two years ago.

Sams are dee best milled AK on this planet, finished better than an AR.

        Yes.

If it's at least 14 karat.

Yes, but not that one. I'd buy a SA M-7 for $1,000 though, especially with the blond furniture.

I'd pay 2K for a registered MG version.

I know someone who did just that. Considering milled AKs from Lancaster are often at least this price, it's a good deal.

I think I paid $900 for mine. I'm not sure they're really worth $2k but I have to say it is my favorite AK. No plans on selling mine.

I guess it depends on what it's made of...

You know, I sold most of my AKs for ARs and now I'm regretting some of my sales. I'd never buy another Lancaster or WASR again though. I was tempted by this, but it's still too expensive in my eyes:

Your friend did good!!! I would have snatched up a SA M-7 with that blond wood in a heart beat.
