I dunno who makes the uppers but mine and a buddies has the cardinal head logo on the upper reciever. They claim in their catalog that the barrels are by Wilson, and the LPK the use are the same as Colt. Hope that helps somewhat. -
I've bought from JT D... years ago at the SOF show in Vegas. They are a good company, Family business. Jessie is a super nice guy.
They also own and operate Double star arms. They are good people.....B2B

I've got a varminter from a JT kit and another JT HBAR upper. They're fine; no problems.
JT is considered one of the best of the no-name vendors. You don't get the resale value on them that you do on the name brands, if that matters to you.sigpic
