Where in Los Angeles that I could find a good gunsmith for parkerizing?

I've researched a little about Techplate, and it seems even some of the well-known gunsmiths have used Techplate with positive results.

Check out 1911forum.com, there are some pictures of how the finish turned out. In my opinion, it looked like real quality work.
