Short answer (because CGs is ****ed up) is: no. And it might not be something you can buy. What is Pre-ban to you? Is it a RAW?

A "pre-ban" lower, if it was a Registered Assault Weapon cannot legally be transferred to you here in CA. Additionally "pre-ban" lowers may now be on the list of banned by name lowers here in CA so you would have to make sure this is not the case.

Hey Gents, I'm sorry to make a thread about this and know it has been covered but really do not have time to sift through all the search results. I am in the middle of buying something right this second. I am looking at buying a pre-ban lower and am not to familiar with this territory. here comes the stupid question... Will I be able to drop mags with a normal mag release with it??? Also anyone have an idea on the going rate?
