Muzzle Break .300WSM

Looking for a reputable gunsmith to recommend/buy a muzzle break and install on a Winchester Model 70 .300WSM. Also need trigger work.

Lots of talk going around about gunsmiths/shops. Who do I go with? Trying to avoid the hassle of shipping. I'm in Orange County. Thanks!
