    MSAR Question

I'm thinking about buying an MSAR rifle, and it's my understanding that certain models accept AR mags, and include the 1.5x optic. Could someone school me as to which model I would want?

I believe the Ratworx STG-556 w/ 20" barrel is your best bet for CA... I'm sure someone else can chime in here with better info shortly.
Oops, my bad! It's the E4 version that takes AR mags - here's a recent link: http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=272211

iTrader protip: When I buy something from you and I immediately pay, then my part is done. That's all I have to do. You can leave me iTrader feedback and go on with your life. When I get the item, I will leave you iTrader feedback, assuming you've already done your part. See how that works?

Thanks! I was just looking at RatWorx...Are the Ca friendly or would I have to use a middleman FFL to install a BB or Disassemble the rifle before shipping into Ca?

They are CA friendly. Unfortunately, they're out of stock on the 20" w/ optics but it probably doesn't hurt to call. BTW, get the 20" - the 16" is < 30" OAL so you have to extend the length somehow w/ a fake supp.

They do have a CA friendly version, but you may need to call them to order it! Just make sure whichever FFL you are thinking of having it shipped to will be okay with receiving this kind of rifle. A lot of FFL's will not accept these!

Already covered...Roger's Relics in Santa Clara will FFL MSARs

However on MSAR's website the Specs on the E4 don't show a 20" barrel option...Do they offer a 20" barrel version that accepts the AR mags?

The E4 has 16 and 20 inch barrels for 556x45 and works with AR mags. They just started production of the E4 in 7.62x39 that model has only a 16 inch barrel. Here is mine with the 20 inch barrel
